Martin is a self-taught artist who has been painting from an early age. Beginning his creative journey in signwriting and design, he later produced one-off T-shirts, including graffiti-style pieces in the late 1980s. His work evolved into landscapes and portraits of cultural icons such as George Michael & James Dean.
A pivotal moment came in 1994 with his first dolphin commission, inspiring a lifelong focus on marine life. Years of study and a memorable wild encounter in Gran Canaria deepened this passion.
Originally working in acrylics, Martin also paints digitally using Procreate & an iPad, allowing him to easily collaborate with clients worldwide. His award-winning dolphin paintings have been widely exhibited, published internationally, and are available as high-quality Giclée signed prints.
